What does telemarketing cost?

Mehmet Okur · Managing DirectorPublished on Updated on

The honest answer is: it depends. Not as an evasion, but because serious B2B telemarketing has no list price. The price follows from a few factors. Which ones they are, which billing models exist and from when it pays off.

Two colleagues at a meeting table go through a printed sheet together, an open laptop beside them.
What determines the price

No list price. The price follows from these factors.

  • Reachability of the target groupThe harder the decision-makers are to reach, the more effort per meeting.
  • Seniority of the callersFrom the caller pool to a dedicated senior caller for hard-to-reach decision-makers.
  • Number of meetings and paceHow many qualified meetings you need, and in what period.
  • Preparation and setupTarget account analysis, industry-specific script and caller briefing before the start.

There is a fixed price in exactly one place: the TestDrive, the time-limited entry at a fixed price. For everything else the configurator puts these factors together into your individual solution, without a sales pitch.

At a glance
  • There is no list price for B2B telemarketing; the price depends on how reachable the target group is, the seniority of the callers, the number of meetings and the preparation effort.

  • Telemarketing International does not sell individual meetings but a complete sales service: from target account analysis to handover. It is billed as a monthly retainer, not per meeting.

  • The only publicly stated entry price at Telemarketing International is the TestDrive: a fixed price of 2,900 euros for four weeks, with at least five qualified meetings promised.

  • If it comes to fewer than five meetings, the client gets half of the investment back (TestDrive guarantee).

  • Outsourced appointment setting usually makes economic sense from an average order value of 5,000 euros, especially where first orders turn into recurring business.

What the price covers

You are not buying meetings. You are buying a sales department.

The monthly price does not pay for individual meetings, it pays for a complete, outsourced sales service. The meeting is the result of that work, not the product. This is what is in it:

01

Target account analysis & ICP

We define the ideal customer with you and research the target list before the first call goes out.

02

Script & objection handling

An industry-specific call guide built from your sales knowledge, sharpened continuously during the campaign.

03

Phone outreach

Personal outreach to the right decision-makers by industry-trained callers.

04

Qualification & handover

Every meeting is documented in line with the GDPR and handed to your sales team with call notes.

05

Quality control & optimisation

AI-supported checks on the conversations and continuous improvement of the campaign over the term.

That is why we bill monthly and not per meeting: you pay for the sales work that leads to the meetings.

The one fixed price

One number we can name.

Exactly one price is publicly fixed: the TestDrive. Four weeks, 2,900 euros fixed price, with no obligation to continue, and at least five qualified meetings promised. If it comes to fewer, half of the investment goes back. That way the risk-free entry can be priced without you having to commit first.

For ongoing work there is deliberately no price list. What fits you depends on industry, target customers and pace. So in the configurator you answer a few questions, and we put together your individual solution from them, including the matching terms. No sales pitch, no price list up front.
